# Talent scarcity emerges as top threat.

In a survey of HR leaders at companies across Canada and the United States, nearly 50% of HR leaders surveyed felt that talent-related issues including hiring, retaining top talent and managing employee expectations represented the biggest challenge to their business heading into 2023.
